Work With Me

Maggy Troup, B.S., LMT

Educator, Speaker, Coach, and Industry Advocate

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Maggy Troup has dedicated her career to elevating the massage therapy profession. As a massage therapist, applied kinesiologist, and educator, she brings a deep understanding of human movement to her work. She specializes in providing therapeutic massage and customized bodywork sessions for clients, with a focus on achieving lasting persistent pain relief and inflammation relief. Located in Lantana, TX, her practice is a place where clients can reconnect with their bodies and regulate their nervous systems.

As the founder of a thriving private practice and massage education platform, Maggy is passionate about helping other therapists build soul-satisfying, financially sustainable massage careers. Through individual coaching, small-group mentorship, and continuing education, she helps bodyworkers reclaim their purpose, create aligned business models, and offer evidence-informed care that clients trust.

In 2020, Maggy launched her own CBD company, blending her clinical knowledge with her entrepreneurial spirit. She has since become a respected voice in CBD education, especially within the massage and wellness industries. As a NCBTMB approved continuing education provider, she offers advanced massage techniques and massage business mentoring to help therapists build sustainable massage private practices. Her course, CBD Integrated: Understanding the Endocannabinoid System for Bodyworkers, was one of the first to be approved through the NCBTMB and offers science-based, accessible training for therapists so they can ethically and effectively incorporate these therapies into their work.

Maggy has a background in public speaking, having presented for local wellness organizations, women-led leadership programs, and national platforms such as Women in Cannabis. Her speaking engagements range from hands-on workshops to presentations with a focus on practical skill development, professional empowerment, and emerging wellness science. In addition to her professional work, Maggy is deeply committed to advancing the massage therapy community through volunteer leadership with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), as the Lead Coordinator for the North Dallas region.

Whether she's working one-on-one with a client, leading a training session, or volunteering with the American Massage Therapy Association, her mission is clear: to elevate the standard of care in massage therapy and help therapists build careers rooted in integrity, confidence, and connection.
