1:1 Coaching
1:1 Coaching is where the methodology gets translated into your exact situation. You've done the foundational work. You run a real practice. You're past the point of needing curriculum. What you need is precision — bespoke strategic guidance, applied to your business, in real time, with me as the architect. The container is three months. Invitation only. Designed to protect the depth of work and the depth of trust.
The Grounded Collective
The Grounded Collective is the gathering point. Monthly teaching, peer connection, an asynchronous container where the questions get asked and the methodology gets applied. You join when you're ready and stay as long as the work serves you. This is the slow-build community layer — the place where transformation compounds over months and years, not weeks. The front door of the entire digital ecosystem.
The Grounded Practice
The Grounded Practice is the methodology in container form. Three modules — Foundation, Visibility, and Energy. Recorded video lessons, downloadable workbook, branded resource library, lifetime access. Self-paced means you move at your own rhythm, in your own time, without group accountability. This is the course for the practitioner who trusts herself to do the work alone and wants the methodology delivered without the live container.
January Cohort
The January Cohort is the foundational methodology delivered in a live container. Eight to twelve weeks. Weekly group calls. Real-time application. Direct access to me while you're implementing. Small group, intentionally — typically eight to fifteen practitioners. This is the container for the practitioner who knows she does her best work when someone is holding the room. Doors open in November or December. The cohort begins in January.
CBD Integrated
CBD Integrated is the course for the practitioner who knows CBD has a place in her clinical work and wants the protocol, not the pitch. Seven lessons. Downloadable workbook. Ten branded clinical resources. Three NCBTMB CE credits on completion. The course teaches clinical competence first, business application second. A parallel live webinar version exists for state licensing requirements that demand in-person hours.
Retreats & Live Events
Retreats and live events are where the methodology gets delivered in a compressed, embodied format. The Costa Rica retreat in July is the first proof of concept. Convention teaching, AMTA appearances, and curated intensives follow as the calendar and the sacral response allow. These are not separate offerings. They are the same methodology, delivered in proximity, with the amplification that only being in a room creates.
