Monthly Membership:

By enrolling in our monthly massage membership, you agree to a minimum commitment period of 3 months and an automatic monthly payment of $150, $200 or $250 on the 1st day of each month. This entitles you to one session: a 60-minute, 90-minute or 2-hour massage session respectively per month. Additional massages each month will be billed at the discounted rate of the membership price, upgrade fees apply for sessions longer than membership option. Sessions are non-transferable or refundable, unless agreed upon by both parties. Unused monthly sessions roll over to the next month for 3 months, then they will be void if not used within 3 months. Cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting info@ascendbodyworkinst.com. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior written notice.

Packages:

By purchasing a package, you agree to purchasing a package of a set amount of massages (3 or 6 massage sessions). This entitles the purchaser to the set amount of massage agreed upon, they may upgrade sessions at an additional fee. Sessions can be used in any cadence and are transferable to family members. Massage sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase date and packages are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior written notice.
